Step #1 Enrollment & Registration

Previous Logan City School District Students:
IF YOU ATTENDED AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE LOGAN CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OR MOUNT LOGAN MIDDLE SCHOOL LAST SCHOOL YEAR PLEASE SKIP STEP #1

Students that are completely NEW to the Logan City School District:

Gather these documents for enrollment:

• Birth Certificate
• Parent Identification
• Immunization Records
• Mortgage or Lease Agreement
• 1 additional form of proof of residencey
• gas bill
• utility bill
• bank statement
• paystub
• etc.

You may complete the registration process on-line before you bring your documents to the Mount Logan Office by Clicking HERE.

Parents of new students that have PREVIOUSLY ATTENDED any school in the Logan City School District must bring the above documents to Mount Logan and update information on Aspire

Step #2 Yearly Required E-forms

All PARENTS need to login to their PARENT account on Aspire and update student information and e-sign agreements to register each current student.

Login to the page with your student's picture and schedule. Above the picture and just to the right there will be a green flag that says Register Student for "Grade Level". You will need to click on this flag and go through the documents and electronically sign and review ALL the documents.

Step #3 Pay Academic Fees

All Students will have Academic Fees.
To pay fees you will need:

• Login to Aspire account
• Scroll down and on the right side you will see a box labeled "Fees"
• Click on the year that you want to make a payment for.
• Follow the steps listed

Fee Waivers are available for students that qualify. Click the links below to download and print. Return completed application and the benefit/income verification to the Finance Office
