  • Attendance mentor positions still unfilled leaving about $18,000 of unused funds.
• Unused Funds Proposal
  • Use about $12,000 for interventions that teachers can implement in their classrooms.
  • Implement site intervention team (no cost)
  • No new Wednesday PEAK time for 2022 school year
  • Tier Tracker that is used in Cache district is a potential use of costs
  • Hillcrest has a math intervention specialist and this is also a possibility
  • Intervention CANNOT be the same as Special Ed
  • Built in Instructional time= 20-25 minutes whole class- then independent work time

  • Spencer look into Cache County’s Tier Tracker software and get quote on cost.
  • Teachers can think of what they’d like to do for their interventions using research based data
  • Determine what kind of PEAK time program to implement in the 2023 school year.
